CAESAR II

Piping stress analysis with CAESAR II

We model and verify piping systems in CAESAR II, assessing their mechanical behaviour under self-weight, pressure, temperature, thermal expansion and occasional loads.

We check stress states against the applicable codes and the reactions on restraints, supports and connected equipment, with technical reports and recommendations for layout optimization.

Structures

Calculation and design of steel and concrete structures

We model, verify and size steel and reinforced-concrete structures serving industrial plants: pipe-racks, platforms, walkways, supports, foundations and plinths.

Analyses account for permanent, variable and plant loads, wind and seismic actions, using software such as SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, ProSap and IDEA StatiCa. For steelwork we use Advance Steel to generate 3D construction models, MTO and erection drawings.
